Unleash your natural resourcefulness and creative power through co-active coaching

We help individuals and teams to (re-)discover and formulate their purpose, vision and values and put them into actions

In the course of helping organisations creating clarity around these goals, we realised that there is something special about people that are truly creative, that follow through on their chosen path: it is their authenticity. It is their way they speak: from their mind AND their heart, with a strong sense of purpose, meaningfulness and passion. This creates that special energy that people feel naturally torn to.

When Christian Schumacher came across the Co-Active Coaching model that is based on the assumption that everyone is naturally resourceful, creative and 'complete', and therefore no one needs to be 'fixed', he immediately connected the dots with the above realisation. his strong sense for humanity and interconnectedness. This could be an excellent tool to help actual and next-generation leaders to unveil that special energy that opens up so many possibilities.

After having explored and experienced the coaching model himself as part of the basic training, he was convinced that Co-Active coaching is a perfect tool, complimenting the work we do with our clients: as individual coaching for key members of the organisation or whole teams to unearth the hidden ideas and inspirations and to generate attractive, sustainable visions and goals people want to become part of.

Having navigated through the world's most rigorous coaching certification with CTI, he has been certified as a CPCC Co-Active Coach.

Please check out the clearly set out process below and find out whether coaching does the same as I did for us and many others by booking a free 30 minutes session.

THE COACHING PROCESS

01

30 MIN FREE CHEMISTRY SESSION

How do you explain someone who never had ice-cream the experience of having it? Let the person try one scoop!

During this 30 min session, you can experience coaching in action to see whether it is for you.

Since coaching is based on trust and a level of comfort between coach and client, this session provides us with a chance to getting to know each other and see whether the chemistry is in place to proceed.

02

DECISION ON GO / NO GO

If you decided that coaching is for you, then we will get a coaching agreement in place that covers important pillars such as logistics, accountabilities, confidentiality. We will book the first session which is a special one: the discovery session where we build the foundation, including your objectives. You will get some preparatory work to do to get the juices flowing too.

Want to continue with coaching but maybe another coach might be a better fit? We will introduce you to one of our partner coaches so you will find the one that is best for you.

DISCOVERY SESSION 90 MINS

CREATING THE FOUNDATION FOR THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP

  • Build a strong designed alliance & logistics

  • Create essential coaching ‘tools’ such as values, vision, life purpose statement, Leader Within, etc., to have on hand for ongoing coaching

  • Establish and/or fine-tune your goals and means of measuring progress toward the achievement of those goals

  • Introduce the coaching terminology or jargon

  • Get to know one another better

04

ONGOING COACHING 5 X 60 MINS

Based on the foundations laid and the coaching goals defined during the discovery session we progress through the co-active coaching sessions. At the beginning of each session, a specific topic is agreed to work on, which the coachee brings in from whatever is currently going on. At the end of each session, a specific action/challenge or inquiry is agreed on and accountabilities defined. This is to practice what's been newly discovered and to strengthen the 'mental muscles', building new, lasting habits

05

REFLECTIONS ON ACHIEVEMENT AND HOW TO MAKE IT SUSTAINABLE

Compared to the goals we set: what was achieved? What is still ongoing? Is the goal still valid or has it shifted? What else? What is next?
